Netzero Design at its best

Our client was a fellow architect with the AIA... The goal was to deliver a home with 30% better performance than the current energy code required. No gas service, High efficiency Heat pump water heaters, Modified framing for less thermal bridging and modern design that screams sustainability. The end result was a sleek design with an ADU in the rear of the home. We also received a merit award for submitting to the 2023 AIAOC Design Awards
